Conference ICT INVESTMENT ARENA will take place on 8th December, 2011, from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. at the Regent Esplanade hotel in Zagreb. Conference is intended to present a plan for some 10 leading companies from the private and public sectors, and thus show the potential of investments in ICT in year of 2012 and how will it contribute to development of specific companies.
Main topics of the Conference are:
· Presentation of potential investments in 2012 in information and telecommunications sector - specific examples
· Stimulating the implementation of new ICT products and services
· ICT export and innovativeness
· Round table on topic "Investments in ICT in 2012 and potentials of a society based on new technologies"
Presenters will expose the planned amount of investment per employee and revenue, the percentage of investment in ICT in relation to the overall annual investment cycle, and provide investment guidance and ratios of business models, in-house in relation to outsourcing, as well as much other useful information.
Participants will thus get the possibility to increase the list of potential suppliers and get new opportunities for business development because they will have the opportunity to directly discuss and negotiate business with business decision makers.
There will be discussions on global trends in the ICT industry in 2012, and as a novelty of event will be the first show specifically conducted research of company IPSOS PULS "Trends in investment in ICT in Croatia in 2012".
Darko Knez, CEO of Konzum will present investments of Agrokor and Konzum in ICT in 2012, and Tomislav Vračić, Deputy State Secretary of the Central Office for e-Croatia will present ICT market development plan. K. Kvaternik, Board Member will present the investments of FINA, and of Rijeka City Vanja Smokvina, Head of Department for Informatization. In the roundtable will participate Nives Sandri, Board Member of the Nokia Siemens Networks and other eminent experts.
The importance of ICT INVESTMENT ARENA 2011 is reflected in the fact that here will selected group of experienced professionals and business leaders discuss key issues affecting the development of local ICT sector, the investment of public and private sector in their own ICT infrastructure, financing and promoting the development of this extremely important economic segment, the increase of this export-oriented industrial and technological branch, and this is an opportunity for the exchange of opinions and experiences for all participants.
