Catwalk at general meeting

At the general meeting of IWC Zagreb Club, held on the second Tuesday in February at the Sheraton Hotel, the atmosphere was particularly elegant. The theme of the meeting was evening gowns, dresses and costumes from Paris.

Twelve members, like true fashion models, showed the creations on the catwalk, with tumultuous applause and approval by other ladies in the audience, and they even changed their clothes three times.

The fashions for this show provided Sanja Mestrović, the owner of the Zagreb boutique shop Style Paris in Importanne Gallery, while the hairstyling was done by the girls from Keune hairdressing salon in Kaptol centre.

The fashion show was hosted by Deana Kovačec, IWCZ vice president and acting president since the previous president Daiva Kirkilaite-Chetcuti left Croatia after she had gotten a job in the cabinet of the Lithuanian prime minister. Mrs. Kovačec reported that the preparations for the Spring Ball, which the Club organizes for the second time this year, have begun.
