Ambassadors on investment climate in Croatia

Ambassador Paul Vandoren,  Head of the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Croatia invited Branko Grčić, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Regional Development and EU Funds and Damir Novinić, Director of Agency for Investments and Competitiveness to be guests at a regular meeting of ambassadors of EU members to Croatia. Since topic of this meeting was investments climate, also non-EU ambassadors and representatives of World Bank, UNDP and EBRD were invited to participate.

Government launched roadshow to promote investments

Croatian government prepared a roadshow to promote its measures aimed at encouraging investments and restructuring the economy in five cities: Split, Osijek, Varazdin, Rijeka and Zagreb. Business people, local government authorities and interested citizens will be presented with specific measures being taken by the government, the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (HBOR), HAMAG Invest and other state agencies to stimulate investment, as well as with possibilities of using EU funds, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Regional Development and EU Funds.
