Having weathered the financial crash and the recession; PPM is now in pre-development activities for landmark projects in Dalmatia and Zagreb. For Fumija Resort on island Čiovo and Calm Bay tourist complex near Šibenik construction commencement is anticipated for late 2012 or early 2013.
